Customer Experience Business Partner – Customer Journey (EMEA)

Flexible location – UK&I, France, Germany, Spain, Italy

 

This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join us as the Customer Experience Business Partner for Customer Journey. You will support the development and implementation of Customer Experience strategy that influences internal and external sentiment. Improving efficiency and the delivery of an omni-channel experience.

Joining our Pan European Team, this is a key role to deliver an optimum, consistent sales and service strategy that enables RS to significantly drive growth and profitability through a world class customer experience across EMEA.

What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role  

  • You will be naturally curious and want to deep dive into your customers journey to understand how this can be improved.

  • You will enjoy working as part of a team to design an EMEA Customer Experience strategy

  • Enjoy working with omni-channel technology, configure to ensure the required level of insight is available on the quality and nature of our customers experiences

  • You will enjoy designing & building experiences which are effortless and personal in support of the delivery of new or expanded services

  • Be eager identify opportunities to develop and improve the CX framework
