As Corporate Account Manager for RS Components you are part of a successful and well-consolidated company that has over the past years been experiencing rapid growth in Norway.

 

This is an important strategic role accountable for executing the Scandinavian Strategy across a number of high growth potential, large and complex customers.

 

You will own the development of B2B relationships with ‘Corporate’ customers and can create sustainable trusted partner relationships by creating and delivering value. This includes collaboration with and use of the Key Account Managers in each district.

  

Commercial mind-set and MRO Knowledge

 

You are a world class sales person with the ability to Build an effective stakeholder network with your customers at senior levels across relevant functional departments to create engagement and consensus. Whilst being able to Develop, negotiate and brilliantly implement great commercial contracts that deliver maximum revenue at optimal cost to serve.

 

 

You have good knowledge of customer behaviours and expectations in a business to business environment. You are highly aware of own impact and what drives and motivates others – perceived performance is everything.

 

You have strong communication skills and can communicate with stakeholders on all levels of the organization.  Further you have excellent interpersonal/networking skills and strong negotiation and influencing skills.

 

You thrive in a role where you are working independently and from home office. Thus, you have strong time management and demonstrated planning skills. Travel in this role is essential.

 

You speak and write Norwegian fluently and English at a high level.  Finally, you are an IT Literate. Good working knowledge CRM systems, Microsoft office, especially Excel and Power Point
