The Category Management team is accountable for developing and executing a category strategy/business plan aligned with group, regional and local stakeholders enabling targeted profitable growth, customer acquisition and ROI. This is achieved through effective supplier management and delivery of a best in class global offer for our customers.

The Category Manager is aligned to a product category for which she or he has full commercial accountability. This includes direct ownership of supplier management of an assigned supplier portfolio and product management. The category strategy and business plan are developed collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business.
What you will do:
Category strategy planning, governance and execution
Supplier Management including execution of strategic supplier business plans and value extraction
Ensuring product and supplier portfolios are aligned to our customer needs and the overall category strategy
Delivering KPIs for managed suppliers and product ranges
Following digital product and supplier performance targets with a strong focus on digital channels
Ensuring product range growth by supplier and product segment

Good analytical skillset and strong attention to detail
Experience of working in a matrix and cross cultural environment
Operational problem solver and good process management capability
