What You Will Do

As the Warehouse Team Leader, you will be managing and coaching a team of 11, managing the daily operational requirements of the warehouse covering all inbound and outbound activities ensuring all procedures are implemented and working efficiently and effectively. You will lead and manage the warehouse team including creation of staff training and development plans in accordance to the strategic objectives of the business. Ensure that a satisfactory workflow and work rate is maintained throughout the working day and that all productivity targets along with service level agreements for Trade Counter orders, Van deliveries, Couriers and other time critical deadlines are reached.

What Will You Bring To the Role

  • Strong PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience with SAP is a distinct advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain tasks in an efficient and effective way to different levels within the organisation in various formats
  • Time management and planning skills with a proven ability to work well under pressure
  • Results orientated
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills
  • Forklift and manual handling training an advantage
