The Creative team is at the heart of all we produce and deliver both externally and internally, and key to success is finding a leader to provide the vision and passion to continuously up our creative game, creatively setting the tone for our organisation.
The purpose of this role is to lead and develop our creative services team, which comprises of creative design, video and copy writing. Whilst working closely with the wider group marketing functions to conceive and implement creative concepts and execution across various projects for both external and internal audiences.
Ensuring that our brand creative guidelines and our purpose are at the heart of everything we create. This person will inspire creative excellence to drive awareness, engagement and delivery of our multi-channel marketing programs.
Driving our creative services capabilities, team development and leading 3rd parties to strengthen our brand identity.

What You Will Do
Own our creative approach and delivery across marketing
Conceive and implement creative concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects, overseeing them to completion
Develop, maintain and enhance creative guidelines and best practices for internal teams and agencies
Review and understand insight and data to support the development of creative assets and best practices
Collaborate across marketing to obtain knowledge of creative requirements
Direct and motivate creatives teams both internally and externally
Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
Write and design unique and well-crafted visual and verbal output that deliver on program briefs and objectives
Continually inspire, motivate and provide feedback to your team to push themselves on their creativity and execution
What Will You Bring To the Role
Worked in or with a large multinational organisation and marketing community
Leadership within a marketing creative organisation
Experience with and the ability to manage high volume, creative content delivery, both on and offline
Expertise in developing and delivering a brand creative strategy
Experience with the creative process, marketing, graphic design, video development and copywriting
Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
