RS Components are now searching for a People Adviser based in Bad Hersfeld. Applicant will be responsible for the People agenda with occasional travel to Frankfurt.
As part of our ongoing development, we are now looking to recruit a People Specialist to support the delivery of key strategic objectives to enable the business to thrive. You will be joining an innovative HR department who are working towards a vision for the people and culture of our business which is ‘inspiring people to create the world’s distributor of choice.
Work closely with the People Project Lead of the expansion in supporting the transformation of the distribution centre. Understand future operational plans and all requirements for the site and assist in implementation of all changes
Supports the engagement strategy for the whole site during the transformation of the distribution centre including defining a new culture and ways of working
Perform typical HR activity on site and ensure alignment with Germany People Team on all policy and processes
Advise on local labour law regulations and implication
Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with management to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions
Review, design and implement end to end HR processes associated with Bad Hersfeld
Be the People Specialist in collaboration with the local works council with regards to all changes during the expansion and any other BAU site activity
Support leaders with performance acceleration and drive performance improvement initiatives and a culture of high performing team
Support with managing talent, succession planning and shifting the team to becoming high performing
Analyse key employee data and reports to ensure data accuracy
Creating and containing high-quality technical reports to help driving business decisions based on data
Support in organizing and facilitating workshops for local stakeholders
University degree in Economics / Psychology or equivalent
3+ years’ experience in a HR function
Demonstrated experience in organizational development, change management, coaching
Customer-focused with demonstrated ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization
You are an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
Previous experience of partnering with works councils
Supply Chain experience is not essential however similar industries such as manufacturing, distribution, logistics would be essential
Computer literacy in Microsoft windows-based software including Excel, Word, Power Point and SAP based HR software
Ability to work at pace within a fast-paced and changing environment
